Abstract

This article tries to put the theoretical and practice basis to develop later the inventory of Spanish agroecological experiences of food consume. We make a proposal to classify these experiences and show the first outcomes. Finally, we design two types of semistructured interviews to expand Spanish Ecological and Responsible Consume of Food Database.
