Reflexiones sobre la transición del bloque sovietico

Abstract

This contribution consists in a consideration, with twenty years perspective, on the Soviet Union and Eastern European Countries transition. The International dimension of these countries dramatic transformation and the reasons for the socialism establishment failure are stated. The evaluation of the Soviet Union 75 years period is presented and suggestions for social alternatives design are considered.
