La norma del tiempo de trabajo en España

Abstract

In spite of methodological and instrumental problems to obseve fully the concept of working time, because it has more dimensions that duration, in hours, of labour day, different results show the lost of the called norm social of working time. A model focussed in the norm of male employ in the fordist capitalism. This paper analyse the recent evolution of working time in Spain, where we can see how is growing the work in sundays and how the trend of less hours a week has stopped. When option between stability at work (in working life) and deregulation of working time is questioned, workers make the second option. In a first view, employ deregulated goes to deregulation of working time.
